African Athletic Community club Football Club blazed into the final of the 2014 BAALE CUP after defeating Leo FC thrilling semi-final encounter that was played on Sunday, 26th of October 2014 at the police Barracks playing ground, Igbogbo, Ikorodu.

AACC FC’s midfield maestro and captain, Segun Abiodun was too much for Leo FC to handle as he showed once again his excellent quality by scoring the three goals that sealed his team’s place in the final of the competition.

With the hat trick, Segun Abiodun has now taken his goal tally in the competition to Four and yet provided another spectacular display.

Goriola Mojeed also played a pivotal role in AACC FC’s victory as he provided 2 assists for his captain whilst Luqmon Gilmore ensured everything went well in the middle of the park for the entire 90minutes of the game.

AACC FC will take on Ayomiposi FC (who defeated Bobby FC on penalties in the second Semi Final game) in the final of the competition on 9th of November, 2014 at the Police Barracks playing ground, Igbogbo, Ikorodu.

In the same vein, Leo FC and Bobby FC will also battle for third place.

There is a cash prize of 500K, 250K, 150K, 100K for First, Second, Third and fourth placed team respectively.
