The Premier League outlet are ready to offload the Nigerian midfielder from an already congested crop that includes newly signed Cesc Fabregas.
John Obi-Mikel is being tagged as £5m and could move to the Seria A this summer should any Italian club show interest.
Mikel seems to be part of the overhaul on Jose Mourinho’s list due to the presence of Nemanja Matic and newly signed Fabregas also needs space to perform in the already congested midfield.
Although, Mikel claims he is unruffled towards Fabregas incoming but as it stands may find himself trading his place with Internationalze who sometimes last season made a bid for him.
Mikel moved into Chelsea May 2005 from Norwegian club Lyn Oslo at the age of 18 and as a midfielder for Chelsea, he has scored only four goals.
