Former Manchester United player and England international Paul Scholes has expressed is level of prefence on German mid-fielder Toni Kroos.

He mentioned that Manchester United will need ‘six players’ to the team, United opened talks with Bayern Munich earlier on in April for a £40m move for the midfielder, but now the English man (Scholes) believes the Bayern mid-field maestro is a good add.

“The first player I’d bring in is Toni
Kroos,” he said in a blog for Paddy Power.
“He’s a top-class central midfield
player but United need five or six to get
anywhere near the top of the Premier League again.”

Scholes urges the club’s new boss Van Gaal to sign the 24 year old.
